Federal Tobacco 21 / Reauthorization Act prohibits sale of any vapor product to anyone under 21; we enforce zero-tolerance. Orders flagged for age verification failure, fraudulent ID, or apparent misrepresentation are cancelled in full and refunded within 5 business days.
When we cancel orders.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases: (1) age verification fails or the ID appears fraudulent; (2) the shipping address is in a state where disposable vape is banned; (3) the order appears to be for resale by an unauthorized retailer; (4) the payment is flagged as fraud by the gateway; (5) an obviously erroneous price was displayed (e.g., a $0.01 listing on a $23.99 device). In all cancellation cases we refund in full within 5 business days. We honor advertised promotional prices and posted sale prices; we do not honor obvious typo prices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer service is subject to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Sacramento, CA, under the AAA's commercial arbitration rules. You retain the right to bring claims in small-claims court for amounts within that court's jurisdictional limit.

The JNR wordmark and product names (P4 Stellarc, P5 GlassRock, etc.) are trademarks of JNR Vape and are used by vapejnr.com under our authorized US distributor agreement. Site copy, product photography, and graphics on vapejnr.com are copyrighted by us as the retailer. Re-use for reviews, comparison articles, or buyer guides is permitted with attribution. Commercial re-use (e.g., reselling our photography or republishing our descriptions on a competitor's product page) requires written permission via service@vapejnr.com.
Changes to these terms: we post material changes on this page with the effective date. By placing a new order after a change, you agree to the updated terms.
