The 30-day quality issue window — what qualifies.
We accept warranty replacements for the following quality issues within 30 days of delivery: dead-on-arrival devices, on-screen error codes (E01 through E05), magnetic dock failures, pod-juice leaks at the seam, scratch-code authentication failures, and shipping damage caused by the carrier. Approved claims ship replacements same-day from Sacramento if the claim is submitted before 2 PM Pacific Time. Adult-signature is required at delivery just like the original order.
SEALED RETURNS
Unopened sealed product — 14-day window.
Sealed, unopened orders can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery if the return is initiated before the package is opened. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on opened pods or activated devices — this is a federal vape product safety regulation, not a company policy preference. Once a device is activated or a pod is unsealed, it cannot legally be resold and cannot be returned. Sealed-product exchanges (different flavor, different SKU) are evaluated case-by-case within the 14-day window — email service@vapejnr.com with your order number to start an exchange.
HOW TO CLAIM
What to send us — one email gets you a resolution.
Email service@vapejnr.com with: (1) your order number, (2) the device SKU (P4 Stellarc Kit / P4 Stellarc Pod / P5 GlassRock Kit / P5 GlassRock Pod), (3) a clear photo of the issue (LCD error screen, leak, dead LED, etc.), and (4) a one-sentence description. We respond within 24 business hours with a warranty replacement authorization or follow-up questions if photos are inconclusive.
Refund processing takes 5-7 business days from approval to the card. We refund to the same payment method used at checkout; we cannot refund to a different account or convert to store credit. For shipping-damage claims, photograph the damaged packaging before opening, then photograph the device — both photos are required for carrier insurance.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
Outside the warranty.
Not covered: physical damage from drops, water immersion, freezing temperatures (below 32°F sustained), pod-juice spills caused by user storage upside-down, devices purchased through unauthorized retailers (Amazon, eBay, gray-market online shops, independent smoke shops without JNR distribution agreements), and cosmetic wear (scratches, drip-tip discoloration). Taste preference is not a warranty issue — we cannot replace a pod for "I did not like the flavor." If you suspect a pod has an actual quality defect (off-flavor not matching the device's other pods, visible juice discoloration, unusual burnt taste from the first puff), email a description and we evaluate under quality-issue criteria.

If you bought a JNR device from another retailer, the originating retailer is responsible for warranty and returns. We can verify scratch-code authenticity from our side, which is useful for confirming counterfeit status before you dispute with the original seller, but we cannot refund or replace devices purchased outside of vapejnr.com.
